1. Highlights

1.1 The website is the informational site of the Learning Management System (LMS), located on the Internet at https://www.service.guru/
1.2. The Learning Management System is a software complex consisting of web administrations (Dashboards) and mobile applications on the Android and iOS platforms that used to organize the learning process.
1.3. The Administration of the System is a Limited Liability Company “Service Guru”, located at: Russian Federation, Moscow, Leninskaya Sloboda str 26, off. 426, 115280.
1.4. The Dashboard is the personal manager´s dashboard of the Learning Management System. Login to the Dashboard is located on the Internet at https://me.service.guru
1.5. The Application is a mobile application hosted by the Administration of the System on the Google Play and the AppStore for use in the learning process.
1.6. The User is the user of the Learning Management System, registered and using the System according to the established order.
1.7. The Policy is the following Privacy Policy containing information of the use of User’s data in the Learning Management System.

2. General Provisions

2.1. This Policy is a document that determines the operating procedure with the personal information of Users using the Learning Management System and is an integral part of the Cooperation Agreements.
2.2. The purpose of this Policy is to determine the Terms of Use of the personal data of Users.
2.3. The current version of the Policy, which is a public document, is developed by the Administration of the System and is available to any Internet user at the hypertext link “Privacy Policy”.
The Administration of the System is entitled to amend this Policy by placing a new version of the Policy on the Site at the permanent web address https://www.service.guru/policy/.
2.4. Using the Learning Management System, the user agrees to the Terms of this Policy.
2.5. If the user disagrees with the Terms of this Policy, the use of the Learning Management System shall be immediately terminated.

3. Personal information of Users

3.1. The personal information in this Policy means:
3.1.1. Information provided by the user independently or received by the Learning Management System as a part of the Cooperation Agreements. Such information includes a surname, a name, a middle name, a phone number, an e-mail address, a place of work.
3.1.2. Collected and transmitted in automatic mode data when Users work in applications or dashboard: IP, cookie, settings of Internet browsers, operating system versions and settings of mobile devices.
3.2. The Administration of the System generally does not verify the reliability of the personal information provided by Users, and does not monitor over their legal capacity. However, it proceeds from the fact that the information transmitted from Users is reliable.

4. Purposes of personal data processing

4.1. The Learning Management System collects and stores only those personal data that is needed to provide the services included in the System.
4.2. The Administration of the System can use the personal information of the user for the following purposes:
4.2.1. User identification, personalized access to the Learning Management System.
4.2.2. Communication with the user, including sending notifications, requests, and information regarding the use of the System, as well as processing requests from the user.
4.2.3. Improvement of the quality of the Learning Management System, the convenience of its use, the development of new functions.
4.2.4. Statistical and other researching based on impersonal data.

5. Protection, processing, and conditions of the transfer to third parties the personal information of the Users

5.1. The Administration of the System takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical actions to protect the user’s personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, deleting, editing, blocking, copying, distribution of it, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties with it.
5.2. The Administration of the System has the right to transfer the user’s personal information to third parties in the following cases:
5.2.1. The user agrees to such actions;
5.2.2. The transfer is necessary as a part of the user’s use of a particular service or for providing services to the user;
5.2.3. The transfer is stipulated by Russian or other applicable legislation within the procedure established by the legislation;
5.3. When processing personal data of Users, the Administration of the System is guided by the Federal Law of the Russian Federation “About Personal Data”.

6. Changing of the personal information

6.1. The Administration of the System is not responsible for the completeness and relevance of information about Users.
6.2. To change or delete personal data, the user can contact the person responsible for the work on the Learning Management System or the Customer Support Service by e-mail support@service.guru or by calling +7 499 647-73-64.
